To Develop practical and effective tools that will help MMBC and its disciples
manage their resources,
talents and gifts.
Leadership
To Provide our disciples with the resources necessary to carry out the ministries of the Church and engage with our vision.
Stewardship
To Provide the financial resources necessary to achieve the 50/50
level of giving.
Empowerment
To Create a ministry that will “enlighten, engage, encourage, and energize disciples and neighbors on methods to challenge unfairness, racial discrimination, and economic inequality in the community” based on Biblical principles.
