We're Open!

The health and safety of our congregation is a priority for us in all decisions made. For this reason, we have laid out guidelines below that we believe are necessary to be followed based on the information given to us by state government and health officials. Currently, our Sunday morning services are at 10am Online and In Person,  Children's Church In Person at 10am, online at 12pm.

 These guidelines will be amended as needed moving forward. Thank you for following these guidelines for your safety, as well as the safety of others!

 Online worship will always be available on our Facebook or on our home page. 

 

Registration is no longer required to attend, but please be prepared to have your temperature taken upon entry.

 Entering the Building

  • Masks are required upon entering the building. If you do not have one, a mask will be provided for you. 

  • All temperatures will be checked and recorded upon entering the building, under the direction of the DC Department of Health.

  • The main doors of the sanctuary vestibule will be propped open for contact-less entry. 

  • We ask that all families by seated 10 min before service begins. Doors will open at 7:30am.

Social Distancing

  • Individuals are encouraged to observe social distancing, which entails maintaining a minimum of 6-foot distance from others.

  • Avoid close contact, such as shaking hands or hugging.

  • Vulnerable individuals are encouraged to continue utilizing church online during this time.

Cleanliness and Hygiene

  • All staff and volunteers will be screened for symptoms prior to serving on according to the COVID-19 Screening Guidelines.

  • Staff and volunteers should take temperatures before they arrive in order to self report. Normal temperature should not exceed 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • If you are sick, please do not come to church. Join us for church online, instead.

  • If you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, have traveled internationally or to a domestic hot spot, please stay home and join us online.

  • Our housekeeping department will disinfect all surfaces before and after every service.

  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility.

Parking

  • The parking lot will be open and available for all. 

  • Please refrain from congregating in the parking lot. 

​

Kids and Students

  • Children's Church is in person at 10am, and will also be online at 12pm

  • Youth Church will re-open October 3rd. 

​

Lobby/Walkways

  • Water fountains are not available for use.

  • Please use social distancing measures when walking to the restroom. 

​

Sanctuary and Seating

  • Ushers, from a distance, will seat you 6-feet away from non-family members in the sanctuary.

​

Service​

  • Guests will be encouraged to complete a digital connect card through text.

  • No bulletin will be distributed.

  • Offering plates will not be passed. Drop boxes for tithes and offerings will be placed at the entrances and exits.

  • Giving is encouraged online, but giving envelopes are available upon entry of the church.
